Manufacturer of custom and standard roll formed shapes, welded shapes, lock seam shapes and metal fabrications for all metal utilizing industries. Diverse roll forming capabilities include tight tolerance in-line punching and notching, in-line continuous welding and lock seams for carbon, stainless, galvanized and high-strength-low-alloy steels, aluminum, pre-coated metal and nonferrous metals from .010 in. to .250 in. thick and 0.5 in. to 20 in. wide. Secondary operations include robotic welding, punching, bending, stamping, assembly, drilling and fabricating. Adjacent technology processes include bending, welding, cutting and machining. ISO 9001:2015 certified and in-house NADCAP welding engineers and tooling.
